OnlineOffice does not limit how many invoices you create or record. The monthly allowance applies only to PEPPOL network sending and receiving and is pooled across the subscription.
Unused base volume carries into a reserve capped at one monthly allowance. Each portion lasts up to 12 months; monthly top-ups do not carry forward. Receiving for an already registered company remains active during volume or plan review. New sending pauses when the plan, carried volume, monthly top-ups and any explicit grace are exhausted. Incoming eInvoices continue to be processed. For held issued invoices, the user chooses which documents to release or enables automatic sending after renewal for selected documents.
